Mistake

I replace the alternator on my 02 rav4 and by rush
forgot to take out the battery. In the process to
take out the alternator it spark. Ones i put the new
alternator the car start fine but the break light is on,
i cant get it on gear, the P,N,R,D,L1,L2 dosen't light
on and i have a coding matchine but when i conect
it to verify is it have a code dosent work with the
car.

What can it be

Check for a blown fuse in the fuse box under dash and under the hood.
