My 2005 Chevy equinox is just started
vibrating when it reaches 60mph.  Tires
seem to be fine.  I am a girl lol and can't

Most likely the tires are off balance which will have to be done at a tire shop. But since your resisting on taking it to a shop, check that the lug nuts are tight and look for anything under the vehicle that's loose or hanging to make sure there are no other possibilities
