How do I access to the dash light panel to change "out" bulbs

you need to remove ash tray and disconnect wire then remove fuse cover undo 2 x screws then under ashtray housing another two this will free radio centre face pull out you will then see two screws to l/h/s of dash undo them then remove ducting on R/H/S and pull out the dash hood bit of a fiddle but it will come then dash top remove four screws and move forward there are four elec connections to unclip then it will come free the main bulbs are the green plugs x 3 bulb slips out remove covering and replace with new bulb job done note the ashtray housing removal is awkward 4 screws and a lot of jiggling to slip it out
just to add to atty reply, make sure to disconnect the battery to avoid grounding the instrument cluster when removing or re-installing.
