Looks like the fuel pressure should be 38 to 44 lbs. Probably should check the fuel regulator by hooking up a fuel pressure gauge, and with the engine running, idling, unplug the vacuum line to the fuel regulator. The fuel pressure should raise up about 7 lbs. If the fuel pressure does not raise, then replace the fuel regulator.

You know what bob, it could also be the temperature sending unit. They can go bad and not even know it. It is the primary sensor for the computer in how it would adjust all other sensors relating to fuel.

Got the truck running - put the breather back on the throttle body and truck cranked and has been running great, has to have the breather on for a toyota to crank. Not like Fords, Chevys and other brands they will crank and run without throttle body breather on, Thanks
