My Truck has 238K miles. It starts and runs fine. However when I stop and re-start when the engin is hot it will not re-start. I have to spray starting fluid in the intake to get it to start.

No its not the starter sounds more like the fuel pressure regulator. You can try if have not done so already replace fuel filter and add some Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner to gas tank but more then likely the fuel pressure regulator.
