I have a 94 toyota pickup 4 cyl i have changed the throtel positioning sencer distriuter cap plug wires and i have cleaned the mas air flow but it still doesant wont to pull a hill

If truck does, not have a skip,check the compression,and the timing on the yota.

When that happened to me, it was the catalytic converter. You will have to drop it off and look in it. Is it throwing any codes?
