Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 94 Toyota truck. The lights behind the heater controls are out, do I have to pull the entire dash out to fix the bulbs?

Just the section of the dash that holds the control module. I don't know how your dash is set up but, typically, you will need to remove some trim around the control module and then - if you are lucky - the control module will come out by disconnecting a few screws. Once the control module is free you will then need to find the bulbs and replace them. Good luck.
