Why does my PU start intermittently?

My '93 Toyota pu starts fine.  After I shut it off it usually starts right up again.  Every fourth
or fifth time it does absolutely nothing.  No click, no slow turn...nothing.  Tehn it will start
again.

Its possible the ignition switch is going bad or needs cleaning or rebuild.
