Are the rear tires the original size or are they larger? That will affect mph readings

Yes I larger tires, I have 35s but I was wondering if there was someway to calibrate it, I've heard of getting a different gear in the transmission and some other things but I'm not sure about any of it

I'd recommend finding some Toyota forums. I'm sure members of that forum have faced similar problems
