Truck starts to sputter in high gear. Works great in 1, 2, 3 gear. Does anyone have this problem or a solution to it?

How do I fix it? I'll be driving or at idle and when I go full on the throttle, it'll bog down. Unless I tap and play with the throttle a couple of times, then it will go full throttle. Maybe TPS?
