I have a 1991 MR2 that I am currently fixing . Is there a good way to solve the problem with the water drippiing on the engine/starter/alternator etc....? Additonally, I would like to put on some aftermarket body panels. Is there a brand that is better than others that you can recommend? All work will be done by a body shop. I have looked at Duraflex body kits.

Hmm? I had a 1993 N/A MR2 and never had any real issues with water dripping on the engine from the engine bay cover. I only had her for 2 years before I sold her (which I still regret), but I used a car cover to prevent excess moisture from rain or snow...You can get replacement engine bay covers from a place like Andy's Auto Sport, but I honestly couldn't say if they would fix the problem or not: http://www.andysautosport.com/toyota/1990_1995_mr2/performan ce/engine_dress_up/engine_covers/vis_racing/ ------ I have no input as far as body panels are concerned...maybe someone else can address that. It's an awesome car...have fun with her :)
