A car in the site is definitely misrepresented and I would bet my left nut that has the odo tampered.

I drove an hour each way to buy this mint, one-owner '03 toyota highlander.  
The vehicle was such a disappointment and the seller a clown.  What can it
be done to keep individuals like this from ripping naive people off.   Please
help, it's gotta be something that can be done.
