I just purchased a used 2002 Highlander from a small dealership, and noticed condensation inside my left headlight...the dealer said it would dry up when the headlights are on...so far, still wet inside. Should I make him cahnge the headlight, or can I add silicone around the edge to prevent more condensation to appear?

Dear Rodney-- I don't know what state you are in, but where I live your car would not pass for an inspection sticker. Also, dealers in my state have to guarantee that the car they sell can get an inspection sticker. I suggest you pressure the guy who sold it to you. It is not a big enough deal for him to make a real fuss about. Good luck from Bovan.

It sounds like a crock to me. In 99% of the cases like this, the condensation will always be there until it's replaced. Help them by finding a replacement on ebay or something and tell them it should have been fixed, as Bovan is correct on the inspection comment.
