This sound like the beginning of brake issues. Could be a rotor or caliper problem. Take it to a certified mechanic and have them test drive. -- When were your brakes serviced last? If longer than 1 year, definitely have them checked.

I have not serviced brake from a year, but recently I got the vehicle brake inspected by a tuffy guys (www.tuffy.com)

Why not take the car back to Tuffy - they clam to offer a warranty on their work, so maybe they can explain, Why, you are having this problem now and what do they recommend to do to fix it-- THEN figure out if you want to get another opinion (bid for the work) or let them do it. Also could have something to do with the suspension or tires- both would be worth checking out too. Good Luck HTH
