why do front passenger side brakes lock up?

Front passenger side brake locks up intermittently. open bleeder valve to release the pressure and go. may do it again  next time you brake or might not . caliper and brake hose have been replaced. this is on a 2001 Toyota corolla.

I would suspect the anti-lock brake system.

I dunno 'bout that FoR. Maybe... but larcook50 does it lock up when you apply brakes or just randomly on road? I would say bad caliper but you have that covered. Real mystery and highly unusual. larcook50 any other information you can give us?
