Then is started to cut off then
i pull over, by the time i pulled
all the way over by the time i
got over the car just shut off.
So I checked to see if i
needed oil and i was
completely out. So i put in
three quarts of oil and then i
tried to start it back up but it
didn't start. It was making this
noise like it wanted to but
couldn't.

Ok, please clarify if it turns over and does not start or does not even turn over. You were driving with 1 quart of oil in the motor. Did the red light not come on? I will be surprised if it is not shot. The cam has bucket tappet cam-followers and with no oil up on top the tappets yea man it will make noise. The timing chain tensioner will burn up and a domino affect begins.... Then either spin or burn up rod bearing. Please let me know if it turns over, and see if it's not already seized. Then we can go from there. This is one of the things that happens with no oil

good bearings. These are just examples of one of the many many things that will happen if a car has no life-blood
