In what year can I find silver steel wheels on the 8th gen Corolla?

The 8th Generation Corolla-- 1998 to 2002 had 14 inch wheels, beginning in 2003 model year they went to 15 inch wheels ..and you can't go back farther than 1994 ..the 1993 model year had 13 inch
