1999 toyota corolla heater not blowing hot air

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 99 corolla has a great A/C however the Heater does not blow hot air at all.
I have replaced the thermostat so I know its not that. I don't know what else
so do any suggestions would be awesome.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4Xyf1Wmwlk -That video shows a cable operated heater core supply valve, but does give the basics. The valve on a Corolla is vacuum operated
