Replaced starter and battery car still won’t turn over

Asked by Matthew Mar 04, 2018 at 07:38 PM about the 1996 Toyota Corolla Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1996 Toyota Corolla, came out to drive it and it
wouldn’t turn over. I replaced the battery, and the starter
and the engine won’t crank at all. Not sure what’s wrong
with it.

Possibly nuetral safety switch. You didn't say if it's an auto or 5 speed. If auto try gear selector in Nuetral. The switch is usually on the column or in the console attached to shifter or on a pedal lever if a clutch.
