My car is constantly stalling when stopped and when going at low speed, 4 mechanics have seen it, first a tune up and later changed the distributor but nothing, please help, I read about the idle motor and really would like your opinion.

idle air control--possibly something related to vacuum pressure?
i am using corolla 4E engine i has hard stater more especially in the morning. 4 machenics has check some recomend engine degnosis and same send me to buy new throttle. some recomend me to buy new sensors that regulate air follow in the engine
