Car won't start after washing motor-didn't cover dist. but it started after initial wash now it won't start after detailed clean and new plugs wires cap rotor

Recheck your plug wire placement. Recheck cap and rotor install. Check all fuses. Leave hood open to sunlight for a day to dry out.

I think there is water somewhere because I didn't cover anything while jet spraying it with water. Will check the distributor and everything.
