Question type: General

My truck when idling (in like 2 mins) starts dinging and
shows red oil can symbol, temperature starts to rise and
says oil in panal window. When I start to move again the
dinging stops and all disappears unless I stop again. My
husband has checked oil and its full .so I am confused.

I think you have lost oil pressure. This could be a bad oil pump or a worn out engine. How many miles on the engine?

The engine is probably worn out. Have the oil pressure checked or just start shopping for a new truck. I doubt yours is worth a new engine.
