How many hours does it take to rebuild
a 2000 celica gts engine???

If all the parts are machined and ready to go the assembly should take less than 8 hours. Like Tom says the actual machine shop work will depend on their back load. Your mechanics back load will also be a big factor. There will be a day to remove the engine and a day to install it and at least a week just to order and receive all the parts.
