on a 2000 celica i have replaced the pump and filter and still no fuel coming out of injectors

checked and have power when key is turned to start what is the box between the tank and muffler there are hoses running to it

If the box is plastic, it's probably a pollution control box. As for no fuel, you may have a bad fuel pressure regulator. Or you may have plugged injectors. Here is an article that may offer some help. http://www.aa1car.com/library/fuel_injection_toyota.htm
