Rear Window Motor

Asked by DEsst68 Apr 23, 2011 at 10:26 AM about the 1999 Toyota Celica GT Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a rear window (passenger side) that will roll up only on occasion.  It looks challenging to get to the motor.  Does anyone have a suggestion and where can I find the motor?

IF IT WORKS WITH THE MASTER SWITCH TRY SWITCHING THE BACK WINDOW SWITCHES.THEN REPLACE THE FAULTY ONE.

Thank you for the advice. I was able to isolate the problem to the switch and made a great find in the process. A nearly complete 99 Celica GTConv. at my local yard. Thanks again.
