Check charge says error message

Asked by Jflo8777 Sep 04, 2018 at 09:50 PM about the 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt LS Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 chevy cobalt ls. An error
message pops up that says "check
charge sys" I replaced the alternator
and checked battery connections and
fuses. The message only pops up
once the car is over 1500 rpm's, while
it's idle there are no errors. The check
engine light never comes on either.
I'm currently running out of ideas any
help would be appreciated
