So I don’t if it’s possible or been done before
but I want to convert my convertible back to a
hard top.

it's possible, but hardly worth the effort due to cost and aggravation. The car is worth $1500, you will easily sink in over 10K to get this work done. Find a newer car and sell yours.

Find a wrecked Celica and pay BillyBob in cases of beer to swap the tops.
