Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My fan continues to run after I turn the car off. I tried checking the coolant level, but can not figure out where the maximum and minimum lines are. There are the words 'Cold fill' with an arrow pointing to the spot where the top and bottom of the container meet. But I can not find a Minimum or maximum line.  Book says something about the fill neck. It is not the sensor as I have changed that.

I really can not find them. Where are they located? Top, Side? What does the COLD Fill with arrow mean? Do you have a picture?
