What is correct tyre pressures for 17" alloy wheels back and front please?

I usually keep them all at 35, could be wrong though.

really depends on the tire brand, what the tire recomends, and where you live. eg. if the tire pressure maximum psi on the tire sidewalls reads 44psi cold, and you live in new york you could run them at 40-44 psi. it will give you a stiff ride but handle quite well. if you live in a hotter climate state i would go no higher than 38 psi on the same tire. and equal pressures front and back. tires on my car are uniroyal (not the best brand but were cheap and available) 205/55/r16 and the max pressure is 44psi cold and i run them at 44 right on because its not too hot where i live.(about 37-38 C is average for summer) they handle great and the tread wear is awesome 40,000 km's and they still look about 80% tread left.

I was told that it's not what the tire manufacturer says that's right, but what the CAR manufacturer says... I have 18's on my celi now and they said to keep it at 32 psi just like with the oem 16's, because that's what recommended by Toyota for the weight of the car.
