My horn wont turn off. I have a 93 Celica. I had to pull the battery leads so it would stop. Help!

I disconnected the horns, but I was wondering what could cause this.

TRY REPLACING THE HORN CONTACT PIN BEHIND THE STEERING WHEEL. REMOVE HORN PAD YOU SHOULD SEE THE BRASS HORN PIN.

I had this problem one and evietrue is probably right. It was the horn button pin behind the button which was touching the metal on the sides. Basically the horn works by making contact with a metal part when you press the button which completes the circuit activating the horn.
