Where is cruise control fuse?

Cant find Cruise control 15 amp fuse where the poo is it?

Owners manuals from Toyota only go back to 1996. I can't find 1993 anywhere, close as I could get is go to link below and see Page 194 fuse 23..is only one even mentions CC
