so i have no fuel and no spark.. anybody know why if i take the efi relay out with the ignition on and put it back in then the fuel pump cycles and the distributer will spark once?its a 93 celica 2.2

so im guessing that it was a pickup coil thing i replaced the distibuter and it works fine now .pick up is built in
