Cobalt front end  shimmeys or wobbly while accelerating in 2nd or third gear.
Suspension  checked out and all okay. Motor recently replaced and motor
mounts looked fine.  Engine runs well otherwise

Yes tires are fine. This wobbly feeling happens between 2000 and 3000 rpm. I misstated between 2nd and 3rd gear.
