I have a 1992 Toyota Celica with pop up headlights. When I turn the headlights on both of them just continually go up and down. Does someone know what may be causing this?

Looking at the wiring diagram, it looks like the light switch itself may be causing the issue...

Ok thanks.... you could be right because my indicator was playing up periodically just before the lights started playing up. They are on the same control. Is this sort of thing an easy fix?

Looking at a few videos of different year cars, if you are handy and some patience you should be able to change it and you can order the switch on line..
