1992 celica oil pump?

Any way to cheaply fix the oil pump (pouring oil onto the ground), was quoted 1200 by a mechanic. need to fix it for cheap so i can save the money to then fix it right.

usually the cheapest way to fix something is to do it yourself! i find ebay pretty cheap for parts and havent had any real problems with quality.
