My car stop on me then didn't start up it crank and
turn over but didn't start I change my spark plugs
think it's my fuel pump fuse are my fuel pump

Crack fuel line and see if it is getting fuel. If it is not, than most likely pump or fuse for pump. Try fuse first since it is cheap and easy to check.
