Has to be jumped to start and going down
the road it decides it's going to die

replace both starter and alternator. easy to do. and then you might aswell get a new battery. and your good to go

I have a 90 Celica gts hatchback and does almost the same thing and I have a new battery and alternator. Basically dies after 2.5 miles every time
