is there a belt for power steering

That is incorrect Ed. The power steering on a Cobalt is electric. There is no belt and there is no fluid reservoir. If there is a problem with the power steering it is electrical and will likely require a technician to diagnose and repair it.

As long as you're sorry Ed... that's the main thing. I know you meant well. :)
