2002 Toyota Solara with no keys (chip keys)

Friends car was stolen with the keys and just got it back
without the keys. Is there any way around the factory
security system (light flashing on dash)? Got a replacement
ignition with keys without any chip, if I find a vehicle being
dismantled that matches mine,can I get it's ecm and
matching key with chip and switch them out?

There is no way around. You will need to have a Toyota dealer program a set of keys.

THERE IS A SILVER BOX WITH A WHITE CONNECTER LOCATED UNDER THE DASHBOARD NEAR THE CPU BOX DISCONNECT THAT AND THAT SHALL DISABLE ALL SECURITY FEATURES THEN YOUR CAR WILL START WITH OR WITHOUT A TRANSPONDER CHIP ON THE KEY

i put in a new igntion switch that came wuth new keys the new keys dont have a chip but the old ones do will i have to get the new ones program so my car can start
