My TOyota Camry G edition is not starting?

Asked by Chariskerandi Feb 07, 2016 at 11:18 PM about the 2006 Toyota Camry LE V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I thought it was the battery. Tried jump start but not working. It's keyless. I
have to press the button to get it started. Even the ignition is not on. I am
suspecting two problems but not sure. The battery on keyless needs to be
changed or an electronic problem. I am not sure. I appreciate any help

You might consider checking the OWNER'S MANUAL to see if there is an alternate way of starting this vehicle. The diagnosis would usually start by checking Battery Voltage.....should be 12.3-12.6 volts if the battery is fully charged. Then one would check the "KEY" ...might have a small battery in it.
