Yes.it is ground it. All this started 2 weeks ago when I changed the alternator without disconnecting the battery.the alternator wire hit the engine and now nothing works.all the fuses and relays under the hood have power when I turn the key on.but all the fuses and relays in the body control module on the left hand side under the dashboard don't have no power.trasmission don't move from park.no wipers.fan.radio.brake lights.only the computer control module fuse and the dome light have power. Does this car has fuse links on their wire.? Maybe when I hit the engine with the alternator wire I melted one of them.?

im also having this problem new alt fuse i have power at alt but still nothing is working in cargo no windows no gauges only works while cranking as soon as i let off on starting then all goes dead
