Car running hot

My 2004 Toyota Camry is runnin hot
is there a reason y when take radiator
cap off it has no water in it

Have you ever added 50/50 coolant before? Usually a camry will get hot because of not enough coolant. Top if off, if this isn't the case and drive it around for a few miles. Park it until it cools, top it off again and you should be good. Regularly check your coolant reservoir for proper coolant supply. Get back to us with your results.
