car problems from axel tire area

My 2002 toyota camry is recently
experiencing a screeching sound when I turn
the wheel all the way to the to either side
however the noise is coming from the right
side somewhere.i checked the power
steering fluid and it is to its max however it
only makes the noise when I hit the steering
wheel to its max turn.What can be the
problem to look into and average price to fix
it?
