Hazard lights

I have a 2002 Toyota Camry, and the hazard light keeps going on whenever
the weather gets cold, that's the only pattern that I could observe. The
hazard light will turn on (flickers) when using either right or left turn signals
too.

Does anyone have any suggestions? or any idea what this might be causing
this issue.

Sounds like the multifunction switch is bad. Hope that helps! Jim
