Engine oil

Asked by Ricky Mar 20, 2017 at 09:15 AM about the 2002 Toyota Camry LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Toyota Camry. I've been using
conventional 10w-40 oil. I was wondering could I
switch to synthetic? What could happen?

Synthetic oil will find its way easier to start leaking. Best to go to a high mileage engine oil, that is not a full synthetic oil, but a synthetic blend.
