Question? I am getting ready to change my transmission filter on a 02 camry 4 cyl, do I reinstall gasket dry, coat with fluid, or use gasket eliminator on both sides of gasket?

Undo the bolts around the transmission drain pan with the socket wrench. Leave one bolt in the pan. Wait until the flow of transmission fluid stops. Hold the drain pan with one hand and undo the last bolt. Tip the drain pan slowly toward the pan below to remove all the fluid. Unscrew the filter's three screws (beneath the drain pan) with the Philips head screwdriver. Wash the drain pan and bolt until all the film is removed. Screw in a new filter and replace drain pan and bolt. OK the website I got that from makes no mention either way.
