Sometimes when battery voltage is lost, some systems may have to relearn. If the future you could use a memory saver when you take battery loose, that might help. So, it starts and runs ok? I haven't looked to see if there is an idle relearn for your vehicle, if idle is the problem? Some makes and models will self-correct by driving it. I can't tell if you might have some other issue?
