You most likely have a bulb that burnt out. I'm not sure how to do it on that particular vehicle, but it is usually a very simple thing to do, so I would advise that you do it yourself. The bulb might cost $5-$15 depending on which brand you get but they all do the same thing. I'll research and see if I can find a procedure for you to follow to help you change it and also what bulb type you need.

https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/1997+1998+1999+2000+2001+Toyota+Camry+Headlight+Bulb +Replacement/29627 follow this link on how to replace the bulb. You need bulb type 9006. Go to an Autozone or any local auto parts store and have them assist you on finding the right one, you might even get them to help you replace the bulb in their parking lot.
