2001 Totota Camry LE V6-3.0 motor camshaft seals

Sir,I have a 2001 Toyota Camry LE V6-3.0 motor the car was made in Japan do I have to remove the valve covers to replace the camshaft seals on this motor also I know that they sell a kit that has a new crankshaft seal,new water pump,new timing belt & parts to go with that and also new camshaft seals what would be a good kit to buy ''OEM'' type kit and who would I buy it from and how mush should the kit cost and how much should it cost to install the kit also how many hrs. would it take to do the job  thank you
