Verify that the correct coolant (antifreeze) was used and you have the proper mixture of distilled water. Typically 50/50 for almost all applications. Slight possibility you may have jarred something loose during the flush process blocking cooling ports? Thermostat could be hanging in the closed position? Is system building pressure when it's up to running temp? Few things to check..

I dislike using those leak sealers. I never trust them as they sometimes do more harm than good in my experience. So you had a system leak before the flush?

I hate to give you bad news, but those tablets may be causing the issue. They are designed to find a leak and seal it. A straight system flush is always good PM for your vehicle, but adding the leak sealer is not typically done unless you're in a pinch (road trip) and have to get home. I would recommend another good system flush. If it's still overheating, there is probably ports blocked in the system. It may be garage time at that point.. :(
